If I could give them no stars I would.. Every time I go thru drive thru I have to wait in the waiting bay...just went earlier and waited 10mins in the waiting bay will never go back again
Nice and clean. Fast service. Coffee was up to the usual standard woke me up with a kick. heaps of parking for trailers/caravans. Friendly staff.
Completely stuffed my order by giving it to another customer with a number that wasn't even close. Stupid me standing there waiting patiently until the other customer brought back his incorrect meal - MINE... Manager reply, sorry for that, the numbers look the same - NOT. Not a big McDonald's fan, even less NOW.
I work at McDonald's in Glenmore Park NSW, their uniform wasn't how I've been taught but I guess that comes with the location. My fries were under filled and hard.I used my discount and got told off by the manager for ordering 2 drinks on a 33 day. I honestly thought that customers come first. I'm a paying customer even though I work for McDonald's. And lastly the wait for my food was 10 minutes.The cleanliness was brilliant and well kept. My overall experience was slightly unexpected. If I had a choice I wouldn't come here again.
Normal McDonald's food...don't like being guided to use the automatic ordering system, does away with more jobs...coffee was horrible, way too strong..and bitter..muffin was nice though..
