We were ignored for five minutes, no car in the drive through, no other customers waiting on orders. The workers were talking in the back, visible. I could see them look at me. One worker walked past us 4 times and never acknowledged us. It was like we were invisible. So strange. We left. Didnt order.
This store needs a guiding handLoverly food But to have all young kids on at such a busy time with no real direction was ridiculous
Worst KFC i have ever been to in NSW....Cars lineup at the Drive Through. Two staff members standing outside having a smoke...constantly running out of something, you have to wait in the car park...orders wrong...nothing changers...Very slack....
Slowest service. Arrived on the 27th December passing through 40 minutes to get order - there was one person on register, 2 in drive through and shop full of customers. 1 person on register served and packed orders. The longer to serve the longer the line waiting for orders. The second person on drive through could have assisted but noone did. Quick bite to eat on a long road trip turned into annoying stop with many customers feeling the same way about having to wait so long for orders to be packed.
Toilets were disgusting, and worst of all you could smell them from where you waited for your food! I told the girl serving that my son said the mens toilets were semi flooded, and no one went in there for the 30 minutes we were there.The tables were not being wiped down, and were grotty and unhygienic.The girl taking my order didnt look at me whilst I placed my order, but rather looked around, sidewards, upwards, very odd. I ordered a twister with baked tenders, and got fried chicken in it. The whole place was a shambles, awful and unhygienic.
