When we first arrived, reception was closed. We had to ring someone to let us in. When we opened the door to our room there were huge cockroaches all over the beds and on the floor (approximately 15). We went back to reception and had to call the man to come and let us in again. The man did not seem surprised or apologetic and gave us keys to another room. There were empty drink bottles and old food under the beds. The bedside lamp and some of the power points did not work. The beds were very uncomfortable. This place was okay to stay for one night whilst travelling interstate, but would not stay again.
Unfortunately I booked in on reviews I think they wrote them the room stunk the floor felt like I would fall through needed a miners lamp as wattage on light is low.I requested a refund ..they obliged do not go there just terrible.
Room was dusty, broken furniture, clothes left behind by previous occupants, shower hadn't been cleaned, towels were stained and frayed, no one at reception when we checked out. At least the sheets were clean.
