I love Bunnings! The staff are unreal! They have always helped me. How they put up with me. Eg.. I never even mowed a lawn until, I lived in the country. Used to sand and beaches. You're the best crew ever!
Stressed out staff who don't want to be there. If you want a decent stress free visit, avoid the blond female employee in the garden department with the loud, aggressive, abrasive, stressed manner. The woman gives the store a dreadful atmosphere, is untrained in customer service and lacks people skills. How people like that are employed in customer service is beyond comprehension. Other staff do their best in a bad atmosphere. Visit many Bunnings stores and this is the worst in customer service compared to the others.
