My father is nearly 84 and uses his computer to stay in touch via facebook he is far from being computer literate. He some how locked him self out of the computer and whilst we tried via the phone to assist him we were unable to do so. He dropped in the the shop and without hesitation it was fixed in seconds at no charge. You don't get service like this any more! and not only was it fixed they treated him with the utmost respect. Thank you for the service and the respect shown it is appreciated more than you will ever know.
